I get it –  Your life is busy: you have a career and a busy schedule to contend with. You’re doing all you can to manage life, travel, and your partnership. 

Maybe you feel as if you “can’t do anything right”.  Maybe the pressure of the Double-Income-No-Kids life is becoming overwhelming.  You may even have young children at home and are struggling to adapt to parenthood, or these new pressures have become overwhelming.  You and your partner may have lost connection through the process of child-rearing. You may feel like you’re living as roommates. 

There just aren’t enough hours in the day to nurture your relationship, and you’re feeling it.

Many people want to know my style: I'm real., I will challenge you in healthy ways to examine patterns and what is working/not working, and I bring specialized training to individuals and couples. I've specialized in trauma, parenting, and couples work throughout my 25 years in the field.

 I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds.  I welcome and acknowledge the specific needs of LGBTQIA+ couples, partners, and their families.  There are unique challenges that come with marginalization, and this often affects relationships.

Are you seeking to navigate an Ethically Non-Monogamous relationship or to integrate ENM into your existing relationship?  I am knowledgeable and have training in developing relationship contracts and navigating the complexities that result from ENM. I offer a non-judgemental space for you and your partner to explore the limits of your sexual and intimate relationship(s).

Do you and/or your partner travel a lot?  Good news! I am licensed in several states, so you can participate in your sessions from different locations, as long as I am licensed where you are located.
