Stop the cycle, heal your relationship, and rebuild trust.

Welcome to a healing space dedicated to transforming your relationship! If you've been thinking about couples counseling, you've already taken a commendable step towards positive change. Congrats!

I'm here, as your therapist, to offer comfort and support throughout your journey.

Navigating the complexities of relationships can be challenging, and sometimes, they require a little extra support.  As a Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, I specialize in crafting safe, structured sessions uniquely designed for your relationship.

Whether you're feeling more like roommates than a couple or working to rebuild trust after an affair, I'm here to guide you out of cycles that seem endlessly repetitive. My services extend across North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia through online couples therapy. For those seeking in-person support, my office in Cary, NC is ready to welcome you.

I find great joy and purpose in helping couples who feel like they're leading separate lives to reconnect, communicate effectively, and navigate conflicts in a healthy manner.

With a particular focus on relationships impacted by lack of intimacy, ADHD, postpartum anxiety and depression, and the transition to parenthood, I understand the unique challenges faced by both partners. I also incorporate my lived experience as a wife and mother of family impacted by ADHD.

I'm dedicated to creating a supportive environment where love can flourish.

In my 21 years as a therapist, I've supported couples of all kinds, standing as an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community. Love, in all its forms, is celebrated here. Through Gottman Informed Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, I provide a structured and research-backed approach. These methods work together well to enhance communication and emotional connection. This helps you build a solid foundation for lasting change in your relationship.

My style is supportive yet direct, and when appropriate, humor becomes a valuable tool. Expect to leave each session with practical strategies you can implement immediately, empowering you and your partner to transform your relationship positively.
