Hi, we’re Lisa and Elizabeth, and we help couples feel secure and connected by equipping them with the tools they need to feel seen and heard by their partner.  Online couples therapy allows you to work on your relationship in the privacy of your home.

We provide research- based couples counseling with you and your partner, across North Carolina, Rhode Island, Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio.

Curious about how the process works?

First, we complete a thorough evaluation so that we know exactly where your strengths and challenges as a couple are.  Then, after we identify those issues, we will develop a specialized and unique plan to help your relationship heal. 

Our work together can equip you with the communication skills to help your relationship thrive.  To help you and your partner communicate about one another’s needs, wants, and desires for the relationship.  We provide a plan tailored to the specific and unique needs of your relationship.

When you graduate from counseling, you’ll know just how to express your needs and understand your partner’s. You’ll feel a “softening” of your conflict style, and a break in the cycle of conflict that kept you unhealthy. We’ll help you regain trust, admiration, and the ability to give and receive input to/from your partner.  You’ll learn specific strategies to address difficult conversations.
